"Poor standard and very average service. No refrigerator unless you pre-request for one. Despite frequent airport transfer services, the coach seems always full and queues at check-in and very slow. Won’t return to this hotel."

"poor service. poor follow up by staff regarding booking errors by IHG-expedia. double charged by IGH-expedia lack of professionalism. ground floor rooms poorly maintained and defective electrical sockets etc. had to move rooms not worth staying at IHG. the only competent person was chef Dube"

"Airport shuttle was great Staff were very welcoming and kind. We slept very well. Power went out 8 times during the night. Maybe from the storm? We were very cold in the morning. Breakfast was delicious, but the dining area, while beautiful, was freezing. I had to leave early to sit under the covers in the bedroom until we left. I would come back in better weather. 😊"
