"This was the cleanest nicest hotel I’ve stating in a really long time with great prices. Everyone was so nice so friendly they took care of me being an American. I was nervous about how people would treat me. The spa was awesome. Didn’t get to go to the pool cause it’s been a little chilly out. all in all perfect hotel."

"Bring your own wash cloths. There are mice outside running on the property so get used to that. Staff was friendly. The cleaning crew will open the door after a soft knock so be prepared. They change sheets mon, wed, friday. I would not stay here again but it may be a place for others to stay. The mall is within walking distance. That's a plus. Decent neighborhood. "

"Very well located 5min walk from Rosebank Gautrain station. It was easy and convenient to make the return journey to the airport. The staff were all very polite and attentive, I interacted with security, reception, restaurant and cleaning staff and all were exceptionally helpful. I appreciated the hotel preparing a packed breakfast for a safari trip starting early before the breakfast buffet was opened. I had the breakfast buffet on 3 mornings and it was excellent in terms of variety of foods, quality of ingredients and taste. The gym was very well equipped with weights going up to 30kgs, a cable machine and 2 fully functioning treadmills allowing me to follow my training programme uninterrupted. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was an adequate supply of towels and basic cosmetics in the bathroom. Water, tea and coffee were topped up daily as part of the room clean. Overall fantastic stay, I have no criticisms "

"Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is in a great location. The shuttle brings you to Rosebank mall and Mandela Square which are two shopping malls nearby. The rooftop bar is great and serves good food and drinks there is also a nice view. "

"This is a basic hotel, a bit dated, but our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a bit of a hiccup when one staff member told us we could have a late check-out, but apparently didn't let anyone else know, so we had housekeeping at our door a bit upset when we weren't ready to check out."
