Ac didn’t work the first night and dead cockroaches in the bathroom. But the service was amazing and they came quick and fixed the problems.

Hilo Reeds Bay Hotel
Good location, Bay view room worth the extra money. Older property with some deferred maintenance, but clean room and good service. The kitchenette with dishware is a nice extra.

SCP Hilo Hotel
We took advantage of all the amenities like the paddle boarding, we saw lots of sea turtles. The hotel was well kept all though there was construction going on in the area we were staying so it was quite loud.
