"Excellent"

"Great place near Shibuya- lots of activities around."

"We liked the wash/dry machine in the room. The staff were nice especially Mr. Naoki helped us print out our train tickets. We’re not sure how to go with"

"We were so happy with our decision to stay here. Fabulous location, the hotel was spotless, wonderful amenities, breakfast, and vibe. So amazing for our first time in Tokyo Japan."

"Everything was perfect! The only suggestion if possible, if it wasn’t already provided is to provide instructions on how to use the washer/dryer. If you are in between choosing hotels this one is a great option!"

"Great stay, with a wonderful location close to everywhere in Shibuya"

"Everything was great, my only small complaint was that the tv was small and only had 12 channels and all of them were Japanese channels, it would of been nice if you add some English channels"

"I love that it is so quiet! You would think it would be noisy since it’s not actual rooms with walls separating the guests but it was so quiet. Also staff was super sweet and helpful! My flight got delayed so they allowed me to check in the next day at 3 AM. I still had a reservation but check-in ends at midnight so the fact that they let me do that is amazing. Totally recommend!!"

"We had an amazing 6 night stay at Mustard Hotel. You absolutely cannot beat the location: close proximity to 2 different train stations, walkable to an abundance of restaurants, bars, shopping! The staff was very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. The coffee shop had wonderful options and our meal vouchers were such a great addition to our experience. And I cannot forget to mention the quaint small bar downstairs playing fantastic music. The next time we return to Japan we will...

"The top benefit of staying here is the location. Very centric and near metro station which is super helpful after you walk more than 15K steps. Rooms are small."

"10 out of 10 for me. Great location, cool rooms, breakfast was good, would stay again for sure."

"The Sequence Hotel is in a great location, just a short distance from Shibuya Station, with plenty of nightlife, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Our room was quite small, but it offered a beautiful view. Unfortunately, despite the convenient location, I would not stay here again. The layout of the room made it very difficult for two people to move around comfortably. There was very little space to walk around the bed, which became inconvenient during our stay. We had booked two rooms and...

"The room was nice and clean. Whilst the bathroom and bath was nice, the setup would not be ideal if sharing with a friend. Overall was a nice stay and the staff were very helpful!"
