This hotel is in a very convenient location to many things including the War Remnants Museum, Central Post Office, Ben Thanh Market and more. The hotel has a nice "zen" vibe to it.The buffet breakfast was great. I just wished we didn't have to pull the one keycard out each time we left (which controls the electronics including the AC) and therefore coming back to a non-AC room.

Cochin Zen, worth a visit.

What a lovely hotel, compact with good size rooms. Beautiful individually painted hallways. Awesome attention to detail. Pool a bit small , disappointing. Perfectly centred near Banh Tanh market.

3star bait and switch establishment. Advertise Free room upgrade ... But it's only available if you pay for it. Happy hour drinks advertised everywhere ... But only on certain drinks ... that were "not available " for 3 days. Rooms much more compact than what appears on the images & "pool" can fit family of 5 as long as they don't move.... beds are clean and comfy

A MUST visit

We absolutely loved the Cochin zen! We were only going to stay for one night but extended it for four. The staff went above and beyond for us including surprising me with a birthday cake when I never even told them it was my birthday! Our phones hardly worked while there so they were more than happy to help us make dinner reservations. The room was also stunning. We did the Cochin signature and everything about it was gorgeous. From the large walk in shower, to the king sized bed and the bathtub on the balcony. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

We booked a windowless room since we were only staying 2 nights and the room rate was great. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was good. The only negative was the bed we had which was VERY firm. Felt like sleeping on a wooden box with a thin mattress pad. Didn’t get much sleep and when we wanted to rest after breakfast, there was construction going on. Sounded like it was on the other side of the room wall. Drilling, hammering, very noisy and disruptive. Odd to be doing such heavy work on a Saturday morning. Overall, not a terrible experience. Pool was great but small, with shaded areas.
