Staff is a friendly. Room cleaned. The construction next building is very noisy during stayed. It was so annoying. How come we did not have disclosed info from the hotel or Expedia while booked for this hotel? The environment is small.

In a great location being in the centre of the tourist attractions, surrounded by good quality bars and restaurants. The staff are excellent and our room was very comfortable with a good view. The only dissapointment was that there actually is no restaurant, and the hotel details say there is and the hotel guide in the room says there is.

Nice clean hotel with roof top breakfast included. Took a Grab from airport and it’s cheap around 12 CAD. Staff are very friendly and nice to have 24hrs reception since we arrived 2am.

The staff were very helpful, particularly with making arrangements for taxis both locally and to the airport. The hotel is a very good mid-range option at an affordable price. I think it must be said that the photographs do make it look a little more glamorous than it is, breakfast was quite basic but fine.

Convenient location. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast had everything necessary. For the price, it’s a good hotel. Early check in was not possible. Our room was ready only at 13:50.

A phenomenal hotel with equally phenomenal staff! My fiancé and I were there for 3 nights and would have happily stayed longer. The location was excellent with good dining, shopping, and currency exchange only a few minute walk in any direction. Finding a "Grab" car was never an issue and they picked up extremely quickly. Highly recommend the location and would stay again!

Rooms clean and modern, staff very friendly and helpful. If you use stair corridor instead of elevator, be prepared it’s pretty shady. Street in front of hotel quite loud and dirty but still normal for Saigon.

Well situated, good staff, nice pool and view of the river. Breakfast buffet areas uncomfortable seating. Breakfast and coffee was good but lacks variety after four days eating there. Western options needs to be added other than the white bread and corn flakes (yogurt, bagels, granola, cheese, etc.)

hotel had friendly helpful staff, unfortunately the pool was under repair which was one of the mains reasons for booking, management did upgrade our room to compensate unfortunately it was a big pubic holiday and celebratory parade on our last day which meant the roads were blocked and we could not get transport any where near the hotel for our flight out which meant we needed to book a hotel close to the airport so we paid for a night we couldn't use, this was also when the pool was back in use so we didn't get to use the pool even when it was re-opened. breakfast wasn't our best and was the same everyday
