Excellent facilities and lovely apartment with good Wifi and good kitchen area and clean rooms and shower and comes with a washing machine. good roof top pool and good equipped gym.Would definitely recommend apartment - lovely host and good safe area with plenty of transport and nearby shop on the premises.

WHERE DO I BEGIN?! Lets start with there is NO 24hr checkin, there is 24hr security which there are not the same thing! Even with having Hotels.com call to verify they still were not truthful about their policies or property. To make a long story (filled with several changed rooms, no TV, broken air co and no regard for true customer service) short. Don't stay here.. Simply put if it wasn't for the GREAT STAFF at hotels.com I would have had my credit card company place this site for fraud!

The hotel was perfect!

You have to stay in this hotel! The host was soooo kind and really helpful! I use everyday swimming pool and fitness center and they were quite satisfied! The location was not bad, and there's a pretty good restaurants around hotel. Also you can get a taxi easily. Room was clean and cozy. They have washing machine and everything you need.It's perfect hotel to family, friends, or a long trip! Overall, I'll definitely stay again here!

One of the best serviced apartments I ever stayed with reasonable price. I and my friend booked this apartment on Expedia and stayed here for 1 nights 14th, May and later extended 2 more nights directly. Sunny ‘s Staffs are super friendly and helpful. They're care about everything and give you more tips to fully enjoy the city. Rooms were cozy and comfortable with spacious living room, clean kitchen and good view. The rooftop infinity pool is also great. We liked the location most which is good to visit bars, restaurants and shops surrounding but peaceful at night to relax. The reception and security staffs were very friendly and always helped us call taxi when we need. On my next visit to Vietnam, we will definitely come back here.

수영장은 생각보다 적지만 뷰는 아주좋아요 방은 깨끗한 편이고 숙소주변은 관광할때가 없지만 1키로 정도만가면 시장등 다닐때가 많아요. 아주 좋다고는 못하지만 지내기는 편해요.

Sehr ideal für Familien

Idealer Standort für Familien, nahe am Zentrum und doch ruhig gelegen. Ca 10-15 min zum laufen bis ins Zentrum. Poolanlage war toll und sauber. Appartment waren grosszügig und sauber. Trotz grossem Komplex war jederzeit jemand für uns da. Einziger Nachteil der Abfalleimer wurde in den 4 Tagen nicht geleert. Welcher sich am Ende unserer Reise angesammelt hatte. Gleich um die Ecke war ein kleiner Einkaufsladen der alles hatte und ein Restaurant/Cafe. Tolle gerne wieder einmal.

The area did not have much around. You have to walk inside to find places to eat etc. The one bedroom is too small. The lady was nice and upgraded me to a 2 bedroom. That was very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and helpful.

아주 편리하고, 좋습니다.

건물 1층에 제법 큰 슈퍼가 있어서 매우 편리함 또한 1층에 카페가 있어서, 매우 합리적인 가격으로 아침식사가 가능함(take out 가능함) 건물 현관을 나가면 늘 택시가 대기하고 있고, 없는 경우 매우 신속하게 관리인이 택시콜을 해줌. (매우 편리함) 걸어서 주변을 다니기에는 다닐만한 곳도 없고, 그럴 필요도 없었음. 딱 한군데, 호치민 박물관을 구경한 후에, 걸어서 돌아옴. 그 이외에는 모두 택시를 탔음. 건물상태 좋음. 24시간 관리인과 메신져로 통신이 가능해서 매우 좋았음

주위에 머 어딜 갈곳은 없지만 바네사 택시가 항상 상주하고 있어서 어디든 갈수 있었습니다.

근처에 아직 개발중이라 걸어서 어디 갈곳은 없지만 바넷사 택시가 항상 상주하고 있어서 어디든 갈수 있었습니다. 1층에는 밤 11시까지 하는 작은 마트도 있었고 살짝 비산감이 있었지만.. 루프탑 옥상 수영장도 아기자기하게 잼게 놀다왔고 세탁기도 있어서 매일 빨래해서 옷걱정은 잘하고 잘 놀다 왔습니다.

Great apartment in great location

The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are aircondondition in each room. The furniture is basic, but functional and the view from the balcony is great. The kitchen is very basic and could do with a toaster and some more cutlery. There's a washing machine which is a bonus and clothes dry in no time on the balcony. It's walking distance to District 1, but we often took a grab as the traffic is crazy and it's difficult to cross the road. One of the selling point is the rooftop pool. It's nice to cool down after a day in the madness of Ho Chi Minh.

My wife and I came to Vietnam for traveling and stayed at Sunny Tropical. We enjoyed our cozy days together and thought this comfortable apartment. Free and strong wifi. Our most memorable moment, my wife dropped her favorite ear-ring somewhere unknown. We did not even realize we had lost the ear-ring until they informed us. The housekeeper was very honest to leave us a message at room that they had seen the ear-ring crashed in the toilet corner. Omg! So kind!!!

너무깨끗하고편했어요.한국의펜션같은.세탁기도있고조리기구등다있어요.롯데마트가택시타고2~3천원밀리면4천원정도낼거리에있고호텔이노바랜드로적혀있고밖에택시가늘대기중이라택시타는데불편함이없어요. 먹을것사와서조리해서먹었어요. 너무좋아서저장해놓았어요.다음에도또이용할겁니다.수영장도꽤괜찮아요.

Апартаменты расположены не в туристическом районе старого города, но совсем недалеко, через реку. Так что вы рядом со всеми достопримечательностями, но вдали от суеты. Хороший интернет, смотрели фильмы онлайн. По тв русских каналов нет. На первом этаже магазин со всем необходимым. За яйцами и багетом лучше приходить с утра часов в 11, быстро разбирают. На крыше прекрасный открытый бассейн с потрясающим видом на город.

コスパ良し

今回家族5人（子供3人）で宿泊、ホテルではないが最近日本でもよく聞く民泊ですね。 マンションの一部分が民泊で宿泊施設として使用されてます。 マンションビル到着後1Fロビー前玄関の警備員に宿泊アパート名を伝えると担当者を呼んでくれます。 その後は簡単な英語で対応可能。 3LDKの部屋に5泊したが普通にホテルに泊まるよりはかなり安く泊まれた。 1F玄関に信頼できるタクシー業者が高確率で待機してくれているので観光には非常に楽！ 市内観光地（ベンタイン市場周辺）ならタクシーで5分程度、金額も30000ドン程度などでタクシー観光は安くて快適でした。 客室は普通のマンションなのでホテルのような想像はしない方が良い。 写真で出ていた内容と大差無し。 屋上にプールがあり無料利用できます。管理人が一人いるのでプール入る前にノートに部屋番、名前等を記入すれば使用できます。入水前にプールサイドのシャワーを使用するように言われます。 となりで高層マンション建築中なので昼夜問わず工事しています。 但し、窓を開けない限りそれほど気になる音はありませんでした。 家族で安く活用したい場合にはかなり有効な宿泊施設だと思います。

Great location, well equipped and spacious place

I chose Sunny Tropical for my stay last week in Saigon. The apartment located in a very quiet and safe area as they described on the page, yet it takes only 5 – 10 mins to walk to downtown. Taxies are easily available here. The room was spacious, comfortable and most importantly, it was extremely clean. The kitchenette in the room was also very convenient with fully cooking utilities provided. I also fell in love with the rooftop swimming pool and had some amazing time there as well. The host was very friendly, polite and spoke good English. She assisted me to find local areas to visit and eat. Overall a top-notched service apartment that I would recommend to family, friends, couples, businessmen. I would definitely come back here for my next business trip in Saigon.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, Clean spacious, Manager easy to get in contact WiFi was a great speed, Easy to get a taxi or tour guides to collect us from the apartment, A lot of restaurants in easy walking distance
