We feel incredibly lucky to have found the gem that is the Triple E Hotel. Our room was perfect—air conditioning, complimentary water, and fresh, clean sheets every day. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot or by Grab. Our host greeted us warmly each morning and evening and even made the best iced Vietnamese coffee every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel over any large Western-owned option—who needs a pool when there’s so much to see, experience, and eat right outside your door? With its friendly staff, excellent accommodations, and great value, the Triple E Hotel gave us nothing but wonderful memories.

What a fabulous hotel in the perfect location in Saigon! The manager is a lovely man and his staff are always on hand to help. The manager told me all the best local places to eat and I loved every one of them! The balcony rooms are lovely in size with an amazing view. Nice bathroom with powerful shower. The bed was massive and very comfortable with plenty of pillows! The room was cleaned every day and complimentary water left every day. Plenty of TV channel options and air con worked great. The hotel does not have a restaurant however you get complimentary coffee every morning at the bar which is a great way to start the day. Try a Vietnam coffee with Milk over ice…great way to start the day. The main areas of the city are all within easy walking distance and there are lots of the best local eating places near the hotel. Don’t hesitate to stay here it’s a fantastic hotel.

Lovely small hotel. Room was spacious with a free safe, which was useful. People on reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One man (sorry didn’t get his name), recommended where to go and spoke good English. Hotel was close to everything, great location. The room was a little tired in places, but well cleaned and tidy.

We picked the Triple E as the reviews were favourable and we wanted a reasonably priced placed to stay. It is very clean, nice linen, convenient, air conditioner, lift and staff very helpful. We were allowed to keep our bags there after we checked out as our flight was early evening. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect location for sightseeing. Nice design and good atmosphere inside. The room equipment is very good. The staff offers a professional service and speaks relatively good English. At the weekend it can be loud because of events and Karaoke nearby but during the week is fine because it is not located in a main street.

Very good hotel located close to D1 destinations, plenty of food and convenience stores, but further from the loudest parts of the area. Balcony rooms have the sound of the street but it’s all part of staying in the city! Bathroom is very nice and clean, bed is comfortable, staff is very kind and helpful, and the welcome drink was cold and delightful. Hotel bar is a great convenience and serves cold Tiger on tap. I would recommend staying here if you are new to Saigon and want to be close to the city center!
