The staff were very kind, polite and willing to help when we needed something. Good location. Within walking distance to the Tan Son Nhat Domestic & International Airport. Facilities and rooms were good for the price. Elevator was available so that we did not have to carry heavy luggage on stairs. The hotel provided transportation to the airport and other places in the city for a charge that in some cases were slightly cheaper than Grab. We liked the hotel such that we came back for two more separate stays during our recent trip to Vietnam. Thanks to Mr. Duc and other staff members for our hospitality.

I chose this option, they confirmed the arrival time (4pm), they offered me transportation service and when I arrived they changed my hotel "due to a fault since the previous client smoked in the room" to which I accepted because I had a reservation that I couldn't lose and the hotel they sent me was very disappointing, fortunately it was one night
