Khách sạn phù hợp cho khách gia đình tại Quận Hoàn Kiếm, từ 891.032 ₫

"Khách sạn đầy đủ tiện nghi, đồ ăn sáng tuyệt vời. Nhân viên best"

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...

"GRAND du LAC is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and next to the St Joseph Cathedral. The ambiance is elegant, with beautiful architecture and top-notch services. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi."

"Loved this hotel and the front desk team especially Grace who went out of her way to make our stay special. Lovely pool, breakfast and amenities. Close walking distance to most things, but also an easy location to book a Grab. In a very busy area, it's quiet and offers a great balance if you want to relax, eat or sit at the skybar in the hotel without going out. It's exactly as the pictures depict and definitely one of the top hotels in the area."

"Easy access around old quarter"

"The L'Signature hotel is definitely the hotel to stay in the old town. The staff are really helpful and the rooms are beautiful. Location is also great! We can highly recommend it!"

"First of all, we found it in great location and enjoyed stay. All places just around the corner. We surprised of this hotel decoration, setup - super new and comfortable: huge bed, nice view with balcony, big bathroom with bathtub too. Cozy restaurant served buffet breakfast also unique food of Hanoi like Pho and banh mi. Unforgettable are amazing staffs there too, they offering exactly you think and needs. Definitely we will be back here. "

"Great hotel with friendly staff and a perfect location. Surprisingly quiet."

"Room was clean, staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel Located on a quiet street, unfortunately there was construction down the street. Close to the lake which made it very convenient."

"素晴らしいおもてなしでした！"

"It was the most comfortable place I have enjoyed to stay and being there made a first time trip to Hanoi that much better. It was outstanding."

"The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel."

"Exceptional Le Premier hotel in Old Quarter! Comfortable rooms, delightful breakfast, and outstanding staff. Rooftop bar offers stunning city views. Perfectly located near the lake, with weekend street festivities and easy access to Hanoi attractions. Highly recommended!"

"there is no help from the staff im sure they discriminate towards western people and there are no facilities for a proper meals at this hotel at all"

"Only in Hanoi for 3 days and 2 nights so was looking for a decent but not too expensive place to stay and the Jade fitted met the criteria perfectly. It is smack bang in the centre of the CBD and only 10 minutes walk to the Lake. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again n the future. Jitz & Phuong from Aus"

"The hotel has been downgraded than the last time i stayed in 2 years ago. No baggage assistance, no free parking (in old town so may be normal). But the receptionists is friendly. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the staff’s hospitality and professionalism. Hannah the lady at front desk organized all our Halong Bay and Ha giang tours efficiently, ensuring timely pickups and well-planned itineraries. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with reliable tour arrangements."

"Rustic hotel with big rooms and comfy beds. The hotel is in a small alley and it's quiet. No lift so careful as you might end up doing 5 flights of stairs which is a bit tiring. I reccomend the Anise rooms as they face the front. Breakfast basic but ok."
