"My husband and I stayed for 8 days and, at first, I was skeptical because of some of the reviews, but our experience was nothing like that. The room was extremely clean, the elevators were fast, and even though the airport is very close, we could barely hear any planes from our room. We asked to be away from the runway but even in the other side was never very loud. The only downside is that parking is extremely expensive. "The staff was extremely helpful while traveling with our young kids. (Ages 3 & 2.) Doors were held, quick check in, assistance with luggage and car seats (3 bags, 2 car seats), and friendly interactions with our kids. The entire facility was clean, professional staff, and overall a great experience. Highly recommend staying here."

"Westin Hotels are always very nice. This one is a little on the older side but still clean,mostly friendly staff & good proximity to LAX. The free shuttle was great & the restaurant downstairs was handy. There was a little airplane & road noise throughout the night but that is sort of expected at airport hotels. Overall it was a comfortable stay & I would most likely stay again!"

"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. We had two rooms and mine was definitely better than my husbands. I recommend getting a room facing the courtyard. Breakfast does not open in time and is slow so plan accordingly. It is good food and coffee though. Pool was nice. Location was good for using public transportation. There are a decent amount of homeless folk in the area but we felt safe."
