"Not for families going to Universal. Garage is inconvenient. I was lost for 20 min in the mall. Just valet if you stay. Very confusing. Hotel grounds not well maintained. Dirty. Rooms need updating. Had to move rooms because everything in our room was broken and stained (lamp shade, walls, all cabinets, bathtub) carpet so dirty.
Ordered room service, food was luke warm at best, not flavorful, missing a few items but not worth the trouble.
Manager super helpful. Thank you.

"The vibe of the hotel was different compared to ones I have stayed at before. I loved the restaurant and bar area it is a nice addition to the hotel. Also, I like how the front desk offers whiskey as you check in. It’s a nice touch"
