"Reserved a room with an ocean view/balcony, upon arrival to our room, we immediately went to see that ocean view just to be disappointed with a view of the building next door and all the hvac units. It was one of those, if you hang off the balcony like Spiderman you'd be able to see the ocean, ocean view. The check in staff laughed and thought this was funny but she didn't offer an upgraded room even at an additional charge, just an 'it is what it is' attitude. We were bummed since we were...
