"I recently stayed at a Hyatt Place and had a very mixed experience. Upon arrival, the lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and the woman who checked me in was very kind and helpful, which I appreciated after traveling.
However, the elevators took an extremely long time, which quickly became frustrating

When we first entered our room, I was happy with it. It seemed clean and comfortable at first glance. But once we settled in, I started noticing things that made me uncomfortable.

"The hotel was very clean. Staff was nice. There is no elevator for those that can’t do stairs. However the stairs are small enough that it is not difficult
I wish that they had soap that was bigger than a dime and even a box of tissue wouid be nice. "
