"I had a great stay. It’s a very nice apartment. Central, immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed. Full cooking and washing facilities for short or longer stays. Big smart tv in the lounge. Friendly and easy communication with the owner who wants you to have the best stay possible. "

"The cottage was gorgeous, in a lovely quiet location and parking at the back. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We only stayed a night but it had almost everything you'd need for a stay. A bit of soap in the bathroom and teatowel/towel and washing up liquid in the kitchen with some milk for a cuppa when you arrive would have made it perfect. "Comfy bed. Heating unable to be controllef by guest. Room 12 was cold during night. Came on at 8am just as going out for breakfast. Stayed in better YHA for the money"

"I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...

"We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of just over 2 weeks. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had a lovely top floor single room an nice skylight window. The Continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The Grab and Go breakfast was a good option too. The Italian Restaurant was great and open for lunch and dinner.
