Rooms in both the annex and main hotel were spacious and clean, the main hotel perhaps feeling a little more modern. Great breakfast with both continental and hot fresh foods to order. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional! We were offered a fan in our room but it did little in the recent heatwave - totally not the hotel’s fault!! But perhaps consider...

"We found it challenging to find the entrance to the hotel from the airport, you can’t enter from the outside, only from a tube connecting the terminal. One elevator was broken and the other was extremely slow and often full from staff with carts of dishes or housekeeping supplies. The food in the bar was pretty awful and overpriced. My daughter ordered nachos which were probably the worst I’ve ever had; fake, liquid cheese and some green slip that barely resembled guacamole. The room...

"Smooth process, all app based (did not speak with anyone); small but well set up room, very convenient location, good price."

"The staff was kind and welcoming. The rooms are not air conditioned and with the windows open, and the drapes open to let the air in, you do hear road noise and get early morning light. I was not able to sleep much because of the noise and light. Convenient airport shuttle for 15 pounds."
