"I was a little concerned about staying outside the Luzern city centre, but the transit was SUPER easy. The hotel was clean and modern, very comfortable. We didn’t get to try the restaurant, but it looked quite good. Included breakfast hit all the marks. Pleasantly surprised by this unassuming little hotel!"

"Located in Horw but well connected with trains to downtown Lucerne. Check in was cumbersome as it was all ‘personless’. I did not see a hotel employee in the 3 days we stayed and that felt impersonal and vague. One must have a good data plan and lots of phone battery life at all times otherwise you cannot enter the building. There is no one you can call if you are stranded out. The electronic key did not work all the time. While in the building, wifi was adequate. Parking is paid (CHF 7 per 24...
