"Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Close to Coliseum and Trastevere. Hotel staff, especially the folks in the lobby, were ALWAYS friendly, welcoming and sooo helpful, always with a smile. Breakfast was lovely. Our best meal of the trip was at the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which we had decided for our last meal in Rome. Fabulous view, excellent service, and fantastic food/cocktails. Great shower, cold AC, and comfortable bedding too! Would give 6 stars if we could."

The staff were so friendly and in the evening I was feeling a little hungry and within 10 mins I was eating a tasty carbonara cooked by the friendly staff. In total I met 4 members of staff and each one couldn't do enough. I stayed in the garden rooms, plenty of aircon, fridge, comfortable large bed, microwave (to heat up my left over pizza) and coffee...

"Clean and well maintained hotel. The staff do not seem to care about the guests here. I was watching TV with other guests in the hotel lobby. A staff member approached us and asked us to turn down the volume which I thought was strange as we had been watching TV for an hour or so while having cocktails from the bar. The staff member told us that the TV volume was disrupting other guests who were trying to work. Then the staff member had a loud internal staff meeting right next to us in the lobby...

"First of all, this is a very quiet hotel in the bustling city of Rome. Even the Taxi cab that drove us there admitted this you get out of the daily hum of the touristy area. They cleaned the room every day. The breakfast was really good and they gave us cappuccinos and coffees espresso that we didn’t have to pay for. And all the water we asked for.
