They came to clean the room at 5:00 PM the following day; for breakfast, only the buffet option is available—individual orders are not possible; we waited an hour and a half for slippers and a drinking glass

Hotel Zaza Houston Museum District
This was a good, hotel in a great district with some very nice amenities. The staff are lovely and the shuttle is fantastic. I didn’t use the pool or spa so can’t speak to this. The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
