Heritage Inn & Suites The Woodlands, Trademark by Wyndham
Our vehicle was broken into on the property and $2000 worth of tools and batteries were stolen. Had to get vehicle glass replaced. We scheduled a 2 night stay but after break in decided to go elsewhere and facility would not refund our prepaid room. Never use this facility!

There was literally one person on staff at all times and the lines for questions were long. We had no tv for our entire stay and they tried to fix it. It was noisy. There was no one cleaning the rooms unless requested to do so and even when requested they didn’t do it. The bathrooms felt old and ...
