Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center
"We have stayed here many times and liked it. However this time they put us on the 17th floor when the 18th floor was under complete renovation (ripping up floors etc). I am talking jack hammers right above our heads to the point that I could not even make a phone call in my room let alone a nap!! ..."

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Houston by the Galleria
"Balcony railing broke on the 26th floor. Window leaked and suitcases were soaked when we went to leave and check out. Used wrong Hilton Honors account. Overall the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!"
