"Staff were friendly and helpful with every request. The room looked freshly cleaned. It was roomy, not cramped, in size and decorated with an attractive, clean, modern style. It would have been nice to have written instructions for using the TV remote. A comfortable stay and reasonable price."

Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially when paying for accommodation.The customer service was also extremely poor. The owner/manager was rude, unprofessional, and did not handle the situation appropriately. I expected better communication and a more respectful attitude toward customers."

"If your needing somewhere to sleep it's OK. No coffee maker, 1 face cloth, no hand towels, TV didn't work. Construction made it difficult to get to our room.no bathroom exhaust fan. Very expensive for what you get. No breakfast and no one at the office when we left at 9am"
