"Good place to stay while in town"

"My husband and I were wrapping up a weeklong trip to Canada, coming back through upstate NY and needed a place to stay for one last night before heading home to Massachusetts. I was curious about the town of Oneida, and it right around where we wanted to be stopping for the day."

"Our room was clean, the check-in process was fairly smooth, plenty of parking. We didn't have the breakfast as we opted to eat at Denny's in the plaza next door. David at the front desk was helpful. "

"The casino was very busy - they had a lot of staff cleaning the machines between each player. We stayed at The Brook hotel which is their oldest property. It definitely showed its age - musty smell, toilets that were very low to the ground. The housekeepers were very friendly. We will stay at one of the newer hotels when we go back."

"Random people in the parking lot, my guess is they using the wifi. I asked for a quiet room and had several neighbors that slammed doors until 1am. Then I was awaken by two men talking in the hallway outside their room at 3:15 in the morning. The hotel was not busy and yet I was assigned a handicap room with neighbors. I could hear the alarm of my neighbor at 6:30am and I honestly thought it was my daughter’s, as it was so loud. I also heard footsteps in the room above. I don’t think I would stay here again. The bathroom was very nice and clean. "

"There wasnt much for breakfast items was disappointing only juice fruit cups andgranola bars"

"The breakfast and the food service worker was pleasant. There hotel was very noisy. All night there was a scrapping noise going on that was very disruptive to our sleep. The front desk failed to tell me about the pet fee until I found additional charges to my credit card. We left that room spotless. I won’t be staying at that particular Hampton Inn again and the chain will not be my first go to choice in the future. "
