"We initially had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and the hotel had no other 2 Q rooms, so we had to move to cramped, smaller room for our first night. We also discovered that "self parking available" did not mean that it is free, FYI. However, the next morning, the a/c was fixed, and we enjoyed the room for the rest of the stay. Beds were comfortable, the 2 Q room was great, breakfast was tasty and varied a little each day, and the Saturday morning staff really came through....

The room including the rest of the hotel we visited was clean. The morning buffet was well presented and staff friendly. The only item we were not a fan of was the scrambled eggs. "The double queens were so clean and the staff was Mya who is amazing and went above and beyond for taking care of me and my family coming from out of town. She explained everything so detailed and also helped me get a early check in and she was just so awsome over the phone , it made everything easier once I got to the hotel in person. We were traveling from different state and definitely felt the southern hospitality."

"We booked this hotel at 6 pm and arrived at 8 pm. We had driven for 10 hours non-stop and were extremely tired, so we desperately needed rest. But our room still wasn't ready - even through check-in starts at 4 pm. The front deck agent said three couples were ahead of us, rooms were being cleaned, and it could take 2 hours or more with no guarantee.
