"Very convenient to the freeway and numerous fast-food options. Large King room had a comfy dual-reclining sofa, a nice swivel rocker, and a versatile desk chair... But the bed and pillows were far too soft for our liking. The morning breakfast buffet was okay, but the powdered/reconstituted eggs were very wet and had no taste. Also, the sign at the breakfast room said that we could not take our food back to our room, which was rather inconvenient for my disabled wife and me."

"Pros: free laundry with laundry baskets inside rooms, full & fully stocked kitchen (although you have to know how to unlock the electric stove in order to operate it), free coffee/tea/hot chocolate, friendly housekeeping staff, fast food/restaurants walking distance away, and small convenience store in lobby with cheap prices. Cons: Expedia advertised the room incorrectly as a “twin bed” room (even though the hotel only has queen/king beds only), the room incidentals is $50 per day, paid...

"This was the worse experience I have ever experienced. 3 of the four pillows and blood and huge stains all over it. There were hair all over the bed that it looked like the sheets were never changed. I checked out of the hotel 30 minutes after checking in. I would never stay there again."

"We initially had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and the hotel had no other 2 Q rooms, so we had to move to cramped, smaller room for our first night. We also discovered that "self parking available" did not mean that it is free, FYI. However, the next morning, the a/c was fixed, and we enjoyed the room for the rest of the stay. Beds were comfortable, the 2 Q room was great, breakfast was tasty and varied a little each day, and the Saturday morning staff really came through....

"We booked this hotel at 6 pm and arrived at 8 pm. We had driven for 10 hours non-stop and were extremely tired, so we desperately needed rest. But our room still wasn't ready - even through check-in starts at 4 pm. The front deck agent said three couples were ahead of us, rooms were being cleaned, and it could take 2 hours or more with no guarantee. When I asked for a manager, the front deck agent, Jared, refused, claiming the manager was cleaning the rooms. LOL! I mentioned being a Golden...
