"Friendly and attentive staff. Angel was phenomenal when I asked questions about the neighborhood and the Downtown Redlands restaurants. The hotel room and hallways are squeaky clean, too. "

"I asked for a smoking room, so I could smoke a bowl of my prescribed med, was told the non-smoking rooms were "nicer" but I needed a smoking room. BIG mistake. The floors were dirty, the coverlet AND blanket had holes burned in them, there were small dead roaches on the floor, as well as 2 that I killed... It building is Right next to the freeway, and the building shook with every big truck that passed above. All in all, it was a very very uncomfortable night, with all of my belongings packed in...

"We initially had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and the hotel had no other 2 Q rooms, so we had to move to cramped, smaller room for our first night. We also discovered that "self parking available" did not mean that it is free, FYI. However, the next morning, the a/c was fixed, and we enjoyed the room for the rest of the stay. Beds were comfortable, the 2 Q room was great, breakfast was tasty and varied a little each day, and the Saturday morning staff really came through....

"We booked this hotel at 6 pm and arrived at 8 pm. We had driven for 10 hours non-stop and were extremely tired, so we desperately needed rest. But our room still wasn't ready - even through check-in starts at 4 pm. The front deck agent said three couples were ahead of us, rooms were being cleaned, and it could take 2 hours or more with no guarantee. When I asked for a manager, the front deck agent, Jared, refused, claiming the manager was cleaning the rooms. LOL! I mentioned being a Golden...
