"Excelente hotel una muy buena ubicación cercana a todo, 5 minutos máximo de la playa de Copacabana y 12 de Ipanema, habitaciones con los suficiente para organizar y tener un buen descanso, las camas y almohadas las más cómodas que he dormido. El desayuno buffet muy completo y variado y los horarios son extendidos.
Me encuentro totalmente agradecida, en especial quiero reconocer el trabajo de David, quien realizaba muchas más de sus funciones, y siempre estuvo al pendiente de que mi estadía fuera...

"the hotel is located in a very good location right across from the beach.
the hotel staff are amazing!
lots of security so you feel safe. even in the beach area there are lots of police everywhere me.
there are lots of restaurant options all over the place that you will enjoy.
the only two criticisms I have that I hope the hotel management takes notice of:
A) please early upgrade your dumb tiny TVs from the 2000s, at the end of the long day it's nice to be able to stream something in...

"I had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire trip. Everyone made us feel comfortable and was always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location for getting around and enjoying Rio. The breakfast was very tasty, with plenty of options, and the breakfast area was always clean and well organized. Overall, we had such a positive experience and would definitely stay here...

"Breakfast was pretty good, staff was very helpful and polite. Location was relatively good for some things like going to the city centre and some other interesting urban spots. But if you are looking for closeness to main beaches, it ends up being too far.
However, the pool area was practically abandoned, the waterwas freezing cold (not asking for a hot tub temperature, but it was so cold it hurt for the first 10 min). There was a bar but no service, there was a sauna but it was out of service...

"The room was big, and simple breakfast included. One big thing that stands out is the good location.
Other than that, the keys were not working everyday and I had to reset them at reception multiple times a day. And one evening the toilet was stuck and backflowed into my room. Staff say they couldn’t change the room only clean it.
Some staff were not helpful at all. And the younger ones were much nicer and willing to help."

"The location was fantastic and incredibly convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. While the food wasn’t exceptional, it was sufficient to keep us going. The hot tub was a bit chilly, and one of the elevators was out of service for the entire duration of our stay. However, the restaurant, THE WAVE, which is part of the hotel, was truly exceptional. Overall, I would definitely stay here again."
