"We live staying here for convenience and price but it does seem to be on the noisy side. You can hear everything all night and seagulls from 4am 😤 but we have generally enjoyed staying here. The rooms are super spacious and very convenient to walk into town, get food and drinks and enjoy some rest in the room. Very reasonably priced and the staff are always very friendly. "

"The place was really easy to find. Nice and quiet with a great bar and excellent food menu. Lots of space and friendly staff. The caravan was laid out for our family requirements and was comfortable. I would defently stay there again as it is a great location for travelling around the local area. "

"We were delighted with our choice of accommodation. The decor and ambiance was perfect. The whole of the building was spotlessly clean and the staff were unfailingly pleasant and polite."

Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! "Just a one night stay-we were welcomed warmly and shown to a lovely room overlooking the marshes -with the sea in the distance. The room was light and airy,bed comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. The optional evening meal was very good...we chose from the 'specials'. The breakfast menu was extensive and service was timely...given that there were a lot of guests to serve. Overall a relaxing,pleasant stay"
