"Location was great. Room layout was good and amenities were good. Sadly the apartment was tired looking, about 80% clean. Chairs and carpet had permanent stains, time for an upgrade, repairs on toilet wall were very poor. Dust was collecting on top edge of tiles and furniture legs at the base. Pillows were both flat in the bedroom, could not get a comfortable position. Would only rate as 3 star."

"The only downside was the cafe not being open across the whole 3 day stay (a long weekend). Its a short 5-10min walk to other options."

"Location in the center of Newcastle, close to restaurants and facilities. Parking was very good and safe, but was an additional cost. Staff were friendly and helpful, gym was good. Room size was large and thet kitchen and dining area were very good. Bedroom was large and bed comfortable, a mirror in the bedroom would have been good. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."

"Cleaning was not the best, twisties under the bed and litter from previous people. Bed slopes from a peak down from the centre line to the edges. "

The hotel has a great sense of style, with thoughtful interior design and small details that make the stay feel more polished. I especially liked the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the lobby and corridors, which added to the overall feeling of cleanliness and quality. A comfortable and well-maintained hotel that I would happily recommend."

"The bed was an old pull out couch , bright lights shined into the room all night, and we found crack pipes and weed left in a bowl on the bench of our room which someone cleaned the room as bed was made and fresh bathroom stuff it’s a dump of a place"
