"We had a lovely stay in the White Hart Hotel, the manager that greeted us was lovely, he was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed and during the night he was very accomodating to us, we didnt get his name but he seemed like the manager and had long-ish hair!"

"Very nice accommodation and pub/restaurant. Pleasant staff, easy check in, rooms nice and spacious. Very quiet location in a picturesque village, sampled both pubs. Lovely breakfast"

"The room was getting a little tired but everything we needed was there. Staff were friendly . Food was absolutely amazing. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. We only had the continental breakfast included with the room as we couldn't have eaten any more!"

"A lovely clean venue with attentive staff. Only downside for us our room was not an en suite. We're of the age we times have to get up thru the night..lol Quiz was good fun. Drinks not too expensive"

"We had a delightful weekend at this beautiful country hotel. It is the ideal place to recharge your batteries, quiet, well kept, our room had an excellent en suite with a walk in shower. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent meals and the breakfasts are very good too. There is a well kept garden area with tables and chairs where one can relax. Uppingham and Oakham are a short drive away. We will visit again, definitely."
