"Great place. Enjoyed our stay"

"Lovely Hotel with very helpful staff. Unfortunately we had a night of no sleep. I informed the hotel that I was celebrating my Mother's 80th Birthday. I paid for a deluxe quadruple room for myself my Mother and my Daughter. The room was pleasant but smaller than images on the website and I feel overpriced for the size of room.Also we were kept awake by wedding guests right outside our window making lots of noise and swearing until the early hours! "Had a excellent 2 night stay at Daresbury Park, just a short Uber into Warrington Centre for a music Festival. Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient. Had two excellent breakfasts, however only one coffee machine meant a fair queue built up in busy times, maybe need to think about this unless that weekend was particularly busy? Twin room was clean and tidy on arrival, the bathroom really good with an excellent...

"We had the most wonderful stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They left a beautiful cake for my birthday! The breakfast was exceptional, nice view of the canal. The hotel smelt amazing and they had all the amenities you will need. I will definitely be staying again."

"We were very unimpressed with the state of the building. We were in a tiny room in the attic with a bathroom that had no air con or extraction or any window that would open. The main room had a single socket that was practicably useful but from which it was impossible to position a fan to point at the beds. The patio area outside had broken glass on it that they seemed oblivious to until we raised it. It was cleared up half an hour later. There was torn wallpaper in one of the corridors....

"The room had been cleaned and the bathroom was nicely finished, but there stains around the bed frames and the main room area was small. I would suggest the size of the room/bathroom was similar to that of a Holiday Inn express. The gym was in keeping with the size of most hotel gyms, but not big enough for them to let non-hotel residents use too."
