"The vibe is good, walking distance to the beach is the best part. However, our room was not clean. Our sheets had blood on them and we didn’t notice until the next morning. Our TV was not working either, it would turn on but it would freeze at the welcome page. I paid $600 for this place it’s definitely not worth that much."

"Very nice place, just basic and old-fashioned. Great for self-catering.
All amenities - esp A/C - worked well (no hairdryer). Bed very comfortable.
Easy 20 min walk distance to Festival theater and 30 to the others. Close to shopping."

"Clean, affordable, friendly.. what else do ya need?
Having a second sink and mirror outside of the bathroom is very handy.
The back building is nice and secluded, away from the main road.
Nice big green area at the back.
Dog friendly."

"Had a great couple nights here. The room had everything you needed, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Rooms are small but clean. There is a pool if you wanted to swim and the beach is only a five minute walk. The downtown is very close as well. Kincardine is a beautiful town!"
