"This was a great hotel that we stayed at once before. (Clean rooms, spacious, friendly staff, good breakfast). It was a little bit noisy as we could hear traffic outside and anything happening in the hallway. "

"I chose this hotel over others because it had a pool but it was closed for renovations so that was disappointing for our child. Our room was spotless and quiet. The person at the front desk helped me choose a room where we could see fireworks (facing downtown) and we could as well at the wild lightning from a passing storm and the river. The building was on the river walk so it was convenient to walk with our dog plus there were a flock of egrets. It would have been 5 star if the pool wasn’t...

"Wasn’t a bad stay- wasn’t great either- hotel looks nice- rooms are huge- needs more cleaning as there was a nasty looking stain on the rug near the sofa and the floor wasn’t swept (no carpet)- the elevators were dirty- they allow dogs so the smell was awful in the elevators along with wet floors from the guest coming from the pool I assume because it was before the rain came… we have allergies and being inside the elevators with the dog hair and smell was awful- overall stay was ok it was only...

"Room was clean and spacious but my AC went out and the ice machine on my floor was broken. The staff was very nice and accommodating and they moved me to another room with no problems. They also offered a complimentary (full and hot) breakfast every morning and complimentary happy hour every evening."
