"Hotel was great. Bed was a little harder than I expected. I like firm but that was really firm. Room was huge for a hotel room. It was under renovations but not on our floor but a few things were annoying. The shower head was broke and sucked and the bathroom door knob fell off. Breakfast was great and changed daily it seemed. Hotel carts sucked and only had 2 which was annoying with 4 young kids."

"Favorite part of my stay is meeting Martin! The airport shuttle driver! He was very hospitable and I enjoyed the time."

"The hot tub and pool were very smelly and cloudy. The locks on our dooor were broken. We weren’t allowed to use the side door when leaving and disabled but had to walk around the whole building to get to my car. The breakfast was a sad disappointment. The check in lady and gentleman at the front desk were very sweet and nice. The check out lady Monday morning seemed stoic and a bit grouchy. The rooms are very thin walled and we got to hear a baby cry all night the first night. "

"Unfortunately did not have the best experience. I understand you get what you paid for but at a bare minimum I would expect the essentials to be done. Bed sheets were covered in stains, bathroom tub was chipped and had black spots everywhere. Toilet paper was empty, spare toilet paper roll looked liked someone peed on it (yellow stains). Leather couch was cracked and peeling. Had to ring the doorbell multiple times to get staff to come to front desk to get keys. Not ideal for a place to sleep. "
