"Door Key card kept not working, the complex smells like feces outside at least on the southern side, tv would not change channel spent about an hour trying to fix it and got stuck with a shower about pimple popping. the room smelled questionable even for a smoking room. The staff at the counter however were very nice and professional even when facing my frustruation."

"Hotel was great. Bed was a little harder than I expected. I like firm but that was really firm. Room was huge for a hotel room. It was under renovations but not on our floor but a few things were annoying. The shower head was broke and sucked and the bathroom door knob fell off. Breakfast was great and changed daily it seemed. Hotel carts sucked and only had 2 which was annoying with 4 young kids."

"Favorite part of my stay is meeting Martin! The airport shuttle driver! He was very hospitable and I enjoyed the time."

"Staff was fined, room had stains all over carpet and ac lift lid was broken off. Room was very close to elevator and heard elevator sound all night and morning. Super loud guest in the middle of night inside hallway and right out the window in parking lot."
