"the room we stayed didn’t have enough towels, no water cup, and no toilet amenities. It was clean enough. Staffs at the front desk was very nice and friendly. What really annoyed us a great deal was that someone from cleaning crew knocked on our door at 6AM so loud we had to shout “what is up!” and they walked away! we were to check out that morning, they should’ve known to clean the room after we checked out!? we could’ve get back to sleep afterwards and felt pretty salty about it!! "

"Staff was friendly. The location is close to the airport and cruise port. There’s several brewery’s nearby with food. My only complaint is street noise."

"The hotel and location was great! The shuttle was not good. It was dark out and they had a small sign on their dashboard to say the name of the hotel. The van was not identified on the outside. I had to wait 50 minutes because I called three times before they showed up and then the driver took the sign and held it outside of the van. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Front desk was not friendly and when asked how to find shuttle from airport just repeated the same unhelpful script. No eye contact during check in. Shuttle driver was kind but had other drivers get upset with him twice in our short commute to hotel. A room was clean but outdated. Couch was very worn out and visually noticeable. Noisy a/c rattled all night"

"The room was clean, with a well equipped kitchen that included 2 mini fridges, kettle, coffeemaker, microwave and cooktop. It’s set into a residential fairly quiet neighborhood. Pool was a nice extra. Small complaint was that the bright lights from the pool and walkway lighten the room at night even with drapes closed. Overall a good value considering the much higher cost of staying in downtown Fort Lauderdale. "

"Non-smoking room had bedspread with cigarette burns - apparently re-used without concern. This only one of many issues. You get what you pay for of course."
