"Sound Proofing in room was no such thing as you can hear the people TV on in the Next Room also them Talking on the phones it says there are two pools but you can only use one and you are sitting so close to each sun lounger beds that you can hear people breath also the reception staff are so rude and unapproachable"

"This was our fifth visit to Hospes Amérigo. We booked room only but ate breakfast in the hotel on three of our five days on this occasion. The breakfast is a typical continental with availability of eggs, omelettes, etc., from the kitchen. Great variety of cold meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries. Glass of Cava or two if you’re in the mood is very nice! The roof terrace bar is well served by a great team "

"The hotel is old and tired but in a great location however the noise is terrible I stayed three nights and I was not able to sleep. The noise from the corridors and the rooms are the worst I have encountered in staying in hotels. The bathroom was cleaned everyday and the reception staff were lovely and friendly. Unfortunately the noise would prevent me from staying at the hotel again"

"Room was small. It's room for 3 star hotel, not for 4 star. Nearby are excellent 4 star hotels with spatious rooms. This room is basic , but the price wasn't basic. All in all, this is 3 star hotel ( at least it look like 3 star hotel), not 4 star hotel."
