"Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage: mitten im Herz der Altstadt, egal wohin in Alicante, sind es nur kurze Wege – egal, ob zum Yachthafen, dem Strand, die Einkaufsmeile, der Burg. Alles ist sehr einfach und gut zu erreichen, ebenso Tram und Bus. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Altstadtgassen. Die Dachterrasse ist das Sahnehäubchen schlechthin."

"The hotel is standard but rooms are quite small with a lot of damp smells. The bathrooms fan was soo noisy and the bathroom door would constantly get stuck when trying to open both ways. The jacuzzi was dirty and cold so could not use it unfortunately and only 2 sun loungers. Location is ok if you’re happy to walk around abit. Staff were good. "The room was very clean and modern, the hot tub was wonderful, just what we needed after a day exploring Only issue we had was we couldn't leave our bags in the luggage storage as the code didn't work, and I messaged to see if we could leave them for a few hours on the day we checked out and I still haven't had a response. I ended up paying for storage near the airport bus stop instead"

"Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. "It is a good hotel overall and the location is perfect to get to the beach and town. I felt however that the rooms can do with an update in some parts as they look very dated, e.g the bath/shower. The breakfast was okay, the hot food wasn't hot enough and I would prefer more selection of fruit as it was quite limited in choice. Staff were very nice, helpful and polite ans the rooms were clean. We were a little disappointed that our rooms were not ready upon arrival as it was 3.30pm and...
