"Mixed Experience – Good Staff, but Several Frustrations Our stay was a mix of positives and negatives. On arrival, Expedia had incorrectly listed our children as infants, so we were asked to pay ~£700 extra despite booking a 2-bedroom family room for two kids - very frustrating. "The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer...
