"This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"

The location to city central was good. There was no place to gather to play games or cards in the evening. The rooftop seats were a plus. "The staff were so sweet and very attentive! Gave us a tour, recommended nearby restaurants, and the housekeeping staff did turn down service and left extras without even asking. The small details make such a difference. For example, i had a book i was reading and was creasing the book pages, the housekeeper noticed and when i returned she had placed a new bookmark in the book for me with the hotel logo which was a sweet touch that wasnt expected.
