"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

Nos fuimos a otro hotel aunque nos querían dar otro apartamento no lo hemos aceptado porque no nos generó confianza. "Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana."
