"We recently stayed at the Ramada Resort in Port Vila and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, which really made a positive impression. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well presented, with beautiful views across the bay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days of our stay. "Nasama Resort was very good value as the room we had (Ocean View 1 Bed) was spacious with a walk in robe area great for storing your luggage etc, well out of your way. The rooms can be a little dated but are clean, also the dedicated friendly staff are always around and always willing to assist. An excellent choice of Breakfast is often included and Nasama has 2 of Vanuatu's best rated restaurants on site, 3 pigs and Cafe Villa. "Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. "

"Loved our stay. Staff were amazing. The snorkelling was great, just as expected. Hideaway is very relaxing, quiet with few residents. Even with day trippers, it didn't seem that busy. Food was great. Not alot of options but this the Beach Bar near by, there is plenty for all. Will definitely be going back."

"Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...
