"I feel completely misled when I see high ratings for a place, only to arrive and find it’s nothing like that. The photos make the place look much better than it actually is. The room smelled musty, and they gave me a room with two single beds even though I was with my wife. I preferred to just go back home rather than go to the front desk to try and change rooms; I won't be coming back."

"We loved the property, the staff, the location, the pool and the beach. We also enjoyed the food and drinks at the beach bar. We had seen reviews about the size of the room, which was fine for us. We didn’t realize how small the bathroom was. We are not large people but anyone who is large or tall would have difficulty. We also didn’t realize there were hooks until the day we left. They are concealed in what appears to be wall decor. It would be helpful to include that in the welcome sheet...

Asked if I needed housekeeping more than every other day... room and bath clean. Nice balcony for sunsets. My second time at that location in 3 months"
