"We arrived to find that we were required to use and pay for Valet parking despite the hotels advertisement that self-parking was available. If there was text to the contrary it was buried and hidden. At the very least either a credit for parking should be given or spaces reserved for hotel guest parking. "We were happy to be given a ground floor room as requested and an accessible room. The handicap shower chair was appreciated as well. It was a very nice suite with kitchen which we used a lot! We stayed at this hotel two weekends in a row for business in the area. Excellent location! We will use this hotel whenever we are in this area."
