"Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. The A/C in the room was not working properly, making it very difficult to sleep. We also heard from other guests that they had the same issue. The mattress was uncomfortable, and having stayed in many hotels, we can confidently say this did not meet basic comfort expectations. "The view was the best. Breakfast and staff was excellent. The hotel needs some updating, the floor in the room was buckled from humidity, but overall it was clean and comfortable. And the ocean view was beautiful. Didn't like the fact that I couldn't park myself close to the hotel. Again the staff was excellent especially Jason at the front dest and the breakfast staff.
