"The check in process is entirely digital. It’s a little wonky since service around there is spotty and I think having human interaction is just better, But the grounds and living space were absolutely beautiful. Great spot to unwind and watch the stars from their giant hot tub."

"Poor customer service - dismissive and borderline rude. Poor cleanliness - toilet not cleaned, hair in the shover, food from previous guests left in the fridge. The water in the bathroom only ever got warm (not hot) and the water in the kitchen for dishes only ever cold (never even warm). The bed was comfy and the heating worked well, kept the room warm during the night. But no blanket on the bed, just a bed spread. Hair on the bed between the fitted and flat sheet. No complimentary tea...

"The hotel stay itself was good - the breakfast is good and the room was clean. However, nowhere on Expedia does it say that there is a charge for parking. This isn’t in an area where one would expect people to park that don’t belong there. In addition, when I got my credit card bill, they charged me for the room when I had already prepaid through Expedia. I’m waiting for my refund. But I can’t recommend this hotel because of these issues. "
