"the air conditioning was FREEZING, which is a good thing in the middle of the summer, thank goodness for that. the room needed a bit more attention with a mop, because dusting alone was not enough for those floors, i dared not walk barefoot. parking was ok, however there were many trucks taking up multiple parking spots, one night one inconsiderate pickup driver parked with his trailer on 5 parking spots. the staff was nice"

"The only thing that was ok were the hot ,decent shower & the bed was clean.No hand towel, no TP, no soap.I had to go buy my own. First thing I noticed was the stale cigarette odor and the smeared dirty looking mirror over the sink. The sink clogged every time I ran the water. "This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. "The woman at the front desk was possibly clinically insane. My room was not cleaned properly. There was hair everywhere and grease all over the kitchen. The keys to both the building and the room were not working properly. I was unable to stay because of the filth. I was assured I would be refunded and I was not."
