The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. "I booked the room for the entire weekend. I checked in around 8pm and left at 4am that morning. I woke up to the ceiling leaking onto the bed. I called the front desk and then went down to only be told they were sold out and had nowhere to put me. I drove home and they have not responded about a refund for the other night that was booked. I have stayed here off and on for 15 months while I’ve been in town for work. I will never stay here again."
