"Clean rooms/ facility. Pet friendly. Staff were nice. Nice area close to food, gas stations, shopping. My only two complaints are not enough parking, so if you find a spot, try not to leave and the walls are thin. You hear people stomping and dropping stuff upstairs, people in and out slamming their room doors all night long"

"The only thing that was ok were the hot ,decent shower & the bed was clean.No hand towel, no TP, no soap.I had to go buy my own. First thing I noticed was the stale cigarette odor and the smeared dirty looking mirror over the sink. The sink clogged every time I ran the water. The toilet at the bottom one side was disgustingly dirty, top of the fridge, vent hood and the coffee pot was covered in dust . No way would I use that coffee pot. The freezer had old ice laying on the bottom with food...

"We booked this motel mainly because we have kids and they wanted to swim in the pool. The pool was not filled up and when we asked about it the staff said they didn't know when it would be filled up. Was a real bummer for my kids. Probably won't be back there or recommend"

"This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

"We arrived to find the property under renovation. Our room was one in a wing of rooms in original condition. The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes."

"Rudeness and ignorance from front desk employee Debbie. She came off as a rascist Karen that didn’t want to help me check in. The stay was not worth the money. Room was not updated and I wasn’t told where the hot tub even existed."

"The website indicated that they had a pool but at check-in I was told that they remodeled the previous year and the pool was removed. We would not have stayed and paid a premium price for the hotel room if we knew ahead of time that there was no pool. The desk clerk did not provide extra blankets when requested. The clerk provided sheets and tried to tell me that they were blankets. We will not stay at this hotel again."
