"The room was super hot. Ended up AC was not working and room crept up from 74 to 80 degrees! Staff brought a box fan which helped us get through the first night and then they had HVAC team fix it while we were gone the next night thank goodness or we may have had to ask for a room change. "

"The rooms were clean, the staff were top tier! The rooftop lounge was very nice and we loved the city view! This will be my go to hotel every time moving forward!!! Ohhh and valet attendants were amazing!! We truly enjoyed our stay!! "

"The hotel stay was good overall. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Biscuit and sausage sandwich for Saturday and Sunday. The orange juice was pretty much ice water with a splash of orange juice. The coffee bar was great Saturday, but it wasn’t restocked for Sunday morning. The room and bathroom were very spacious with comfortable beds. The comforter was almost as thin as a sheet though. "Staff was ok. When we got there we were told they only had valet parking which was over $50 for a night, which is insane for Indianapolis. We weren't given any other options, so we found another option on our own. Breakfast was ok, nothing to rant over. Elevators were super slow. Our room however was outstanding. We had a larger room due to sleeping arrangements and it worked out great. It was much larger than expected. Overall, worked out for why we were in town. "

"Very nice facility, and nice helpful staff; did NOT appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door two hours prior to checkout. That was the only negative. Good food & drink options right in the hotel. Will definitely return."
