"A terrific historic hotel but modern/comfortable feel. Fabulous staff from front desk to bellman to housekeeping to lobby restaurant. The room we booked was not available due to water issue so we got downgraded/no balcony but the room was spacious and even though I didn't complain, they still discounted ..."
